Ministerial Expectations

On February 4th the following categories were selected in order of importance by the congregation (updated Feb 11):

1) Focus on Prayer, Meditation, Pastoral Care Chaplaincy

2) Spiritual Social Activism

3) Health & Wellbeing

4) Building Leaders and Teams, and Empowering Others

5) Environment

5) Outreach into the Local Community

5) Working with Specific Groups (kids, teens seniors, men, women, LGBTQ, etc)

8) Administration

9) Audio/Visual Technology

The most common requests were for a minister who is: compassionate, caring, has an open attitude, is an active listener, empowers others, delegates well, and shows appreciation.
