UNITY IN THE GOLD COUNTRY
VOLUNTEER POSITION DESCRIPTION – TRANSPORTATION/DRIVERS
POSITION: Congregant transportation/drivers
PURPOSE: Provide rides as needed in case by case situations
SCHEDULE: As requested and availability of driver
REPORTS TO: Marian Weast
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. On call transportation: Services, appointments, etc.
2. Regular transportation: Cases as appropriate
3. Transportation assistance to appointments to be prearranged
by parties
SPECIAL SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Good driving ability and history. Reliable transportation appropriate for need.
COMMENTS: Driver should be in good health and without physical limitations which might hinder helping those in need of transport.
