VOLUNTEER POSITION DESCRIPTION – Healthy Sunday Coordinator
POSITION: Healthy Sunday Coordinator
PURPOSE: To assist in Blood Pressure and Blood Glucose testing of UGC attendees.
SCHEDULE: First Sunday of each month after service.
REPORTS TO: Sharon Rolph
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Take Blood Pressure readings and record in file for attendee.
2. Take Blood Glucose measurement and record in file for attendee.
SPECIAL SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Training as a nurse, EMT, etc. Ability to answer questions about blood pressure and blood glucose levels as
