Wednesday Meditation

Join us on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month as Wayne Lewis leads us  in simple yet useful procedures for meditation which will last you throughout your week. 

He will be providing a very useful time of rest and recuperation before returning home after a days work or other activities out in the world. Awaken to your heart led life and build on your habit of living in a relationship of heart, mind and soul.
