Mindfulness Meditation Program

Are you experiencing increased fear and anxiety?  Would you like to learn a way to calm your mind through meditation?  UGC will be offering a year long learning experience based on the Sounds True online Mindfulness Meditation program.  Groups will meet twice a month; once to hear a national speaker on a different aspect of mindfulness, and once to do a group meditation.  Mindfulness could be described as "becoming aware of your connection to everything that already exists."   Proposed days and times:                                                                    2nd and 4th Wednesdays 7 PM to 8:30 PM                                                                                         2nd and 4th Fridays 10 AM to 11:30 AM                                                     You may attend any time.    Please sign up on the sheet provided on the table in the sanctuary.             Love offering
